About the pub

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead a large, high-volume Marston’s carvery pub generating approximately £50,000 in weekly sales with a 33/67 wet/dry split and over 2,400 covers per week. This busy destination site benefits from a popular function room, pool and darts facilities, and a prime location behind a thriving retail park with significant new housing and commercial development nearby. We’re looking for an experienced operator with a strong background in high-volume food environments, carvery operations, and function room management, who can drive sales, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and lead a successful team.
