FLT Reach Drivers Wanted Immediate Starts Available! Temporary to Permanent Contract\n \nAspired Talent is recruiting multiple FLT Drivers on behalf of our client based in Buckingham.\n \nPosition: FLT Reach Driver\n \nLocation: Buckingham\n \nHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm\n \nStart Date: Immediate starts available\n \nn experienced and safety-conscious FLT Reach Driver is required to support the safe movement, storage and distribution of raw materials, packaging and finished products within a busy food production facility. The role may involve working in chilled or colder warehouse environments.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n \nSafely operate an FLT Reach Truck in accordance with company procedures and health and safety regulations.\n \nLoad, unload, move and store raw materials, packaging and finished goods.\n \nPlace and retrieve palletised stock from high-level warehouse racking.\n \nReplenish production lines to support continuous manufacturing operations.\n \nAccurately pick and put away stock using warehouse management systems and stock-control procedures.\n \nComplete daily pre-use safety checks and report any defects promptly.\n \nMaintain accurate stock rotation using FIFO principles.\n \nAssist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing vehicles.\n \nRecord stock movements accurately and support inventory control.\n \nComplete general warehouse duties, including manual handling and housekeeping.\n \nMaintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.\n \nFollow all food safety, HACCP, GMP and company hygiene procedures.\n \nPay Rates\n \n£13.22 per hour PAYE, plus holiday accrual\n \n£14.82 per hour PAYE, including holiday pay\n \nRequirements\n \nValid, in-date FLT Reach licence is essential\n \nPrevious Reach Truck experience within a warehouse environment is preferred\n \nComfortable working in chilled or colder areas when required\n \nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation offering regular weekday hours and immediate starts.\n \nTo apply, please contact Aspired Talent on 01772 598306.\n \n
