Driver (Multi-Drop Home Delivery)We are looking for reliable and customer-focused Drivers to join our team delivering directly to customers' homes.RequirementsMinimum 2 years' driving experience preferred.Candidates with less than 2 years' experience may be considered if they have previous multi-drop home delivery experience.Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced delivery environment.Working HoursTuesday to Saturday06:00 AM start timeMonday overtime may be offered at various times throughout the year, depending on business needs.TrainingSuccessful candidates will complete their first and second weeks on a van alongside experienced drivers as part of a structured training programme before operating independently.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely deliver goods to customers' homes.Complete multi-drop delivery routes efficiently and accurately.Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with road safety regulations.Adhere to company procedures and delivery schedules.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers or those with a strong multi-drop delivery background looking to join a supportive and growing team.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.TPBN1_UKTJ
