Hours: Day Shifts | Monday to Friday
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Work
TLP Recruitment Southampton are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 and Class 2 HIAB Drivers to support a range of well-established clients across Southampton and the surrounding areas.
We have ongoing work available with builders' merchants, construction suppliers and distribution companies, offering regular weekday work and competitive rates of pay.
The Role Delivering building materials to commercial and residential sites
Operating HIAB equipment safely and efficiently
Completing local and regional deliveries
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
Loading and unloading materials where required
Maintaining a high standard of customer service
Ensuring compliance with Driver Hours and Health & Safety regulations
What We're Looking For Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) Licence
Driver CPC Qualification Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Valid HIAB Certificate (ALLMI or equivalent)
Previous HIAB driving experience preferred
Good understanding of load security and site safety
Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude
Maximum 6 penalty points (No DR or IN endorsements)
