The Role Quest Employment is representing a well-established client in Bicester that is looking for reliable and hardworking General Operatives to join their team. This role involves working within a chilled environment and offers opportunities across both dispatch and fresh food production departments.
Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a cold environment, carrying out physical tasks, and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Duties & Responsibilities Dispatch Operative Picking customer orders accurately

Scanning order tickets and products

Palletising and preparing orders for dispatch

Moving and lifting boxes weighing up to 20kg

Ensuring orders are packed correctly and ready for shipment

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Fresh Room Operative Preparing and processing fresh fish products

Packing products into appropriate packaging

Labelling products accurately

Following food safety and hygiene procedures

Conducting quality checks on products

Maintaining cleanliness within the production area

Requirements Previous warehouse, production, food production, or dispatch experience is advantageous but not essential

Comfortable working in a chilled environment

Able to carry out manual handling and lift up to 20kg

Good attention to detail

Reliable with a strong work ethic

Able to work effectively as part of a team

Understanding of health and safety procedures

Working Environment Cold/chilled working conditions

High-visibility vest and safety footwear are mandatory

Warm clothing is strongly recommended

Available Shift Patterns Monday to Friday, 9:30pm 6:30am

Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
