Looking for a role where every conversation matters?

We're looking for enthusiastic, empathetic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Trainee Customer Service Consultants.

You'll have the opportunity to support customers and supporters across a variety of well-known brands and campaigns, helping people through meaningful interactions every day.

What You'll Be Doing

? Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat and other digital channels

? Providing professional, friendly and empathetic support

? Resolving customer queries and finding the best solutions

? Maintaining excellent service quality and customer satisfaction

? Working towards individual and team performance targets

? Using multiple systems to accurately manage customer interactions

? Supporting outbound customer contact campaigns when required

? Adhering to GDPR and company compliance standards at all times
