MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Senior Customer Service Executive on behalf of our client, a growing energy solutions business based in Carlisle.

This role will involve managing customer complaints from start to finish, drafting clear communications, and working with teams across the business to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

As a Senior Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Own and manage the end-to-end complaints process, ensuring cases are logged, investigated and resolved within agreed timescales
• Draft clear, accurate and empathetic customer communications, tailoring tone and content to the audience
• Identify trends and root causes within complaint data, feeding insights back to improve processes and reduce recurrence
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and keep customers informed at every stage
• Monitor response times and ticket volumes, reporting on performance and flagging risks to the business
• Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Proven experience in a complaints management, customer service or communications role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot trends
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple cases at once
• A collaborative approach, comfortable working with colleagues across different departments
