We are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy and well-established logistics operation within a temperature-controlled cold store warehouse.

The Role

As a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse, ensuring goods are stored, picked, and dispatched accurately.

Duties include:

• Operating a Reach Truck safely within a cold store environment

• Loading, unloading, and moving palletised stock

• Replenishing picking locations to maintain stock availability

• Putting away inbound deliveries into designated storage areas

• Picking customer orders accurately when required

• Completing stock movements using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners

• Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any defects

• Following all health and safety procedures

• Maintaining excellent standards of warehouse housekeeping

• Supporting wider warehouse duties when required

Working Environment

• Temperature-controlled cold store warehouse

• Working temperatures between approximately 0C and -25C

• Full PPE and specialist cold-weather clothing provided

• Fast-paced logistics environment with productivity targets

• Manual handling may be required

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid, accredited Reach Truck licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent)

• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck within a warehouse environment

• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual approach to work

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Flexibility with working hours

Desirable experience:

• Previous cold store or frozen food warehouse experience

• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Counterbalance Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential)
