HGV Class 1 Day Drivers

Grafters Recruit are currently looking for HGV / Class 1 / CE Drivers to work out of our clients premises in Crewe on an on-going basis with immediate starts available.

\n

For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / C+E Driver role, you will be responsible for:

\n

Driving a double decker heavy goods vehicle.

\n

Completing trunk runs only, depot to depot.

\n

Ensuring all paperwork and logs are completed accurately.

\n

Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects.

\n

For this HGV / Class 1 / LGV1 / C+E Driver role, you will need:

\n

CE licence with a minimum of 2 years experience.

\n

Full UK Driving Licence.

\n

No more than 6 points.

\n

DIGI and CPC Card.

\n

Details of this HGV / Class 1 / LGV 1 / C+E Driver role:

\n

Hourly rate of £18.36 per hour with a 6th shift paid at £27.54 per hour.

\n

Monday Friday with 6th shift available if driver wants one.

\n

4am 8am starts (driver can pick)

\n

Positive and friendly environment including free on-site parking.

\n

Minimum 8hrs guaranteed per shift, even if you do less.

\n

No handball

\n

Pre booked shifts available.

\n
