Telesales ExecutiveThe largest Sim Card distributor in the UK and the fastest Vape brand in the convenience sector is looking for Customer Service / Sales people to join its growing team of inbound/outbound sales. Being the largest we have a huge portfolio of high street retailers and independent stores that we need to service. We are looking for candidates with great communication skills, organized and with a positive attitude to join are well established team.Working Hours: Full Time 9am to 5:30pm Monday- FridayThe Telesales role will include:Working in an outbound call centre you are responsible for your personal target and giving a high level of customer service to customers.Telesales requirements:Excellent communication and listening skillsA polite, confident and friendly mannerConfidence using computersTo be well-organised and thorough, even under pressureTo enjoy working within a target-driven environmentTo understand and comply with the legislation relating to direct marketingAttend training and develop relevant knowledge and skillsAttention to detail to ensure correct data inputAdhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safetyBe computer literateHave good communication skillsHave target driveBe a team playerBe well organisedPoliteHave an outgoing personalityAnd have a good eye for detail.Whats in it for our Telesales:Join a very successful and rapidly growing company.Great team spirit.The ability to grow and learn new skills.Christmas period off (1 week)28 days holiday (including all bank holidays off)TPBN1_UKTJ
