This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Dentist to take over a well-established majority private list at a modern, recently refurbished practice in the Bradford area.

With a small NHS UDA commitment and no target, your focus here is on patient-led, private dentistry, supported by a steady flow of new private patients. You will join a friendly, well-run team with strong staff retention, in house hygiene support, and genuine clinical freedom. This is a true mixed role with strong long-term earning potential for a dentist who enjoys building lasting patient relationships.

• Small NHS UDA commitment with no target - 725 UDAs per year for each day worked

Who We\'re Looking For

• GDC registration as a dentist (essential)
• An NHS Performer Number (essential)
• A genuine interest in private and patient-led dentistry
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Dentists at all stages are welcome, including those early in their career, as mentoring and support are available
