Overview

Are you a creative designer with a passion for sports and storytelling? At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Design Specialist to join our global Partnerships team. You’ll play a key role in creating high-quality visual communications that bring our sports partnerships to life. From digital campaigns to live event branding, your work will help strengthen Gallagher’s presence in the sports world.

 


How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with the Lead Partnership Designer for EMEA to develop creative concepts that tell partnership stories visually.
  • Design assets for social media, marketing materials, digital campaigns, event branding, and large-scale graphics.
  • Apply design principles like typography, layout, and colour to create polished, engaging visuals.
  • Adapt and refine existing templates and campaign materials while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork for print, digital, and event environments.

Your work will help bring Gallagher’s sports partnerships to life, creating fan-focused experiences that leave a lasting impression.


About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

  • Extensive eperience in graphic design within an agency, studio, or in-house setting. Sports marketing experience is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing your skills in branding, digital design, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with After Effects is a bonus.
  • A solid understanding of design principles like typography, colour theory, and layout.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print, with knowledge of production specifications.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for creative problem-solving.
