The Student Support Advisor is a crucial role and will take responsibility for managing the day-to-day operation of our busy Student Life centre and for providing full administrative support to the Head of Student Life.

About the Role
As Student Support Advisor, you will:
• Work with the Head of Student Life to carry out planning of the College's Student Life

programme which seeks to contribute to the transformation the student experience

by enhancing student support services and inclusive learning environments.
• Support the coordination and delivery of the College's Student Voice agenda, working

collaboratively with the Students' Union, Course Representatives and academic

departments to ensure student feedback informs service development and

enhancement.

What We're Looking For
We need a dedicated and empathetic team player with:
• Experience in student services in higher education.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with students, staff, and external

stakeholders.
• The ability to handle sensitive and complex situations with professionalism and

confidentiality.
• Knowledge of mental health first aid and responding to students in crisis
