PAM is looking for an outstanding General Manager to lead the restaurant with vision, warmth and commercial confidence. You will be the driving force behind the guest experience and team culture, bringing every part of the operation together with clarity and purpose.
What you’ll do
- Lead the full restaurant operation, setting an inspiring standard for hospitality and performance.
- Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team across front and back of house.
- Own budgets, forecasting, labour, revenue, cost control and operational reporting.
- Build a loyal guest community through visible leadership and thoughtful service recovery.
- Ensure compliance across licensing, food safety, health and safety and people practices.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and ownership team on strategy, events, marketing and growth.
We’re looking for someone who
- Proven General Manager experience in a premium, quality-led restaurant.
- An exceptional host and people leader with strong coaching and communication skills.
- Commercially astute, confident with budgets, KPIs and performance planning.
- Highly organised, decisive and calm under pressure.
- Entrepreneurial in outlook, with the energy to build a new restaurant and its community.
