Key Responsibilities

As a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will take on a vital role in classroom continuity:

- Classroom Cover: Step in to deliver pre-planned lessons across various year groups during PPA time or teacher absence in Bromborough.
- Academic Interventions: Lead structured booster sessions in maths, phonics, and literacy to raise core attainment levels.

Candidate Profile

- Holds an HLTA status or equivalent Level 4 qualification (or strong, demonstrable experience covering classes).

- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new one via Academics).
