MHE Operator (Reach / Counterbalance) Northampton Panattoni Park (NN7)
£12.71 £14.20 per hour
Monday to Friday | Early or Late Shifts
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Quest Employment is currently recruiting experienced and reliable MHE Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park, NN7 .
This is a key role within the warehouse team, ensuring goods are handled safely, efficiently and in line with site procedures.
Shift Options Monday to Friday

06:00 14:00 (Early Shift)

14:00 22:00 (Late Shift)

The Role You will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, operating MHE equipment and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: Safely operating Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance trucks

Loading and unloading trailers accurately and efficiently

Completing and checking relevant paperwork and documentation

Conducting pre-use equipment checks

Identifying and reporting stock, racking or equipment issues

Maintaining clean, organised and safe working areas

Supporting other warehouse functions and cross-training where required

Candidate Requirements Valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence
(In-house licences accepted)

Previous warehouse experience is essential

Reliable, safety-conscious and team-focused

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and site procedures
