Nexgen Locum are currently recruiting experienced Paramedics and Ambulance Care Assistants to support our clients across Sussex.We are looking for reliable, compassionate and experienced healthcare professionals who are confident supporting patients during non-emergency and patient transport journeys.Key Responsibilities:Safely transporting patients to and from hospitals, appointments and other healthcare settingsProviding appropriate care and reassurance throughout the journeySupporting patients with mobility and personal care where requiredCompleting relevant documentation and patient handoversWorking professionally alongside other healthcare professionalsEnsuring patient safety and dignity is maintained at all timesFollowing all relevant clinical, safeguarding and health & safety proceduresWe are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:Patient Transport ServicesAmbulance ServicesHealthcareHospital or care environmentsNon-emergency patient transportRequirements:Relevant experience as a Paramedic or Ambulance Care AssistantAppropriate qualifications for the roleGood communication and interpersonal skillsA caring and professional approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEnhanced DBS or willingness to obtain oneRight to work in the UKFull UK driving licence is desirableTPBN1_UKTJ
