Forklift Driver Night Shift Location: Northampton NN5 St JamesSalary: £15 per hourJob Type: Full-Time, Temp to PermHours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm 1:00am or 8:00pm - 5:00amQuest Employment is currently recruiting for experienced Forklift Drivers to join a busy and growing warehouse operation in Northampton.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with Counterbalance FLT experience who are looking for a stable night shift role within a fast-paced warehouse environment.The Role As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring products are moved, loaded, and dispatched safely and efficiently.The role involves a mixture of forklift work, manual handling, stock control, and general warehouse duties.Key Responsibilities Loading and unloading deliveries using a Counterbalance forkliftMoving stock safely throughout the warehouse and yardPicking and preparing customer orders for dispatchChecking, labelling, and banding completed ordersReplenishing stock into storage locations and stillagesSupporting stock counts and stock control processesCompleting warehouse paperwork and documentation accuratelyCarrying out general warehouse duties as requiredMaintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environmentFollowing all Health & Safety procedures at all timesRequirements Valid Counterbalance FLT licencePrevious warehouse or logistics experienceGood attention to detail and accuracyAbility to complete manual handling duties safelyStrong communication and organisational skillsBasic computer skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer Competitive pay rate of £15 per hourMonday to Friday working patternTemp to perm opportunityFriendly and supportive working environmentOngoing career development opportunitiesWeekly pay through Quest EmploymentIf you are looking for a long-term Forklift Driver role with consistent hours and career progression, apply today.TPBN1_UKTJ
