We are currently recruiting for an experiencedHGV Class 2 HIAB Driverto join our client's busy and well-established Builders Merchant team to help cover absences both long and short term. This is an excellent opportunity for a professionalHGV Class 2 HIAB Driverwho takes pride in safety, reliability and delivering outstanding customer service.

\n

As aHGV Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring building materials are delivered safely and efficiently to customers across residential and commercial sites. The successfulHGV Class 2 HIAB Driverwill be confident operating a 26-tonne vehicle fitted with a Brick Grab HIAB and committed to maintaining high service standards at every delivery point.

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle

\n

• Perform duties as a professionalHGV Class 2 HIAB Driverwithin a busy builders merchant environment

\n

• Deliver building materials to residential and commercial sites

\n

• Operate a 26-tonne vehicle fitted with a Brick Grab HIAB

\n

• Load and unload materials safely using HIAB equipment

\n

• Carry out daily vehicle and crane safety checks

\n

• Complete delivery paperwork accurately

\n

• Provide exceptional customer service at every delivery point

\n\n

Essential Requirements:

\n

\n
• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence

\n

• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card

\n

• Valid HIAB certification (ALLMI or equivalent)

\n

• Proven experience operating a 26t Brick Grab HIAB

\n

• Previous experience working as aHGV Class 2 HIAB Driver

\n

• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations

\n

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

\n

• Professional, reliable and punctual

\n\n
