We are seeking a motivated PMO Coordinator to support the PMO Lead Manager and wider project team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
This role will play a key part in ensuring that project governance, reporting and administrative activities are delivered effectively while maintaining compliance with agreed processes and contractual obligations.
Job Description
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual who is confident managing project information, supporting reporting activities, and identifying areas where processes and policies are not being followed.
The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to help drive consistency and effective ways of working across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the PMO function and wider project team with day-to-day administration and coordination activities.
- Manage project information and reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor adherence to agreed processes and ways of working across project teams.
- Raise purchase orders using Coupa.
- Maintain and manage project documentation and records.
- Identify and highlight risks where policies or procedures are not being followed.
- Attend meetings, record key actions, and track progress to completion.
- Support client reporting activities through data analysis and presentation preparation.
About You
- Proven experience as PMO Coordinator.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Ability to analyse data and support client reporting requirements.
- Experience using project management software and related systems.
- Experience with Monday.com and Coupa is desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance/control processes.
- Experience or knowledge of Project Management would be beneficial.
- Ability to successfully pass BPSS and CTC clearance.
