Are you a driven recruiter with a passion for building relationships, uncovering talent and helping businesses grow? We're looking for an Advisor Recruitment Consultant to join our Financial Advice Recruitment Team and play a pivotal role in supporting the growth ambitions of adviser firms across The Openwork Partnership network.


This is a proactive, relationship-driven recruitment role where you'll partner with firms across the UK, managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns, building talent pipelines and identifying opportunities to support business growth. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, source exceptional talent and deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with adviser firms to support their growth and recruitment objectives.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for Financial Advisers and Mortgage & Protection Advisers.
  • Sourcing, headhunting and engaging high-quality candidates through a variety of channels.
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines across the UK.
  • Developing trusted relationships with hiring managers, firm principals and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinating interviews, offer negotiations and onboarding activity.
  • Providing market insight, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice.
  • Delivering against recruitment KPIs while ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience.


What You'll Bring

  • Recruitment experience within financial services, ideally adviser or wealth management recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing, headhunting and talent-mapping skills.
  • Experience building lasting stakeholder and candidate relationships.
  • Knowledge of employed and self-employed adviser models.
  • A commercial mindset and proactive approach to business development.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems and sourcing tools.
  • Understanding of FCA-regulated environments would be advantageous.
