Deputy Chief Information Officer (Digital Services)
About You We are looking for an inspirational leader with significant experience in digital service delivery, technology operations and transformation within a complex healthcare or public sector environment. You will bring: Extensive experience leading digital services and operational technology teams. Strong knowledge of NHS digital standards, cyber security, information governance and digital assurance requirements. Experience managing clinical systems, digital platforms and digital transformation programmes. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive and board level. Proven success leading change, service improvement and technology implementation programmes. Experience managing complex supplier and partner relationships. A collaborative leadership style that develops and empowers people and teams. Strategic thinking combined with a practical approach to delivering results. This role supports services across the full geography of our organisation and is not solely based in one location. We welcome applications from candidates across all areas served by the Trust and are keen to build a team that reflects the breadth of the communities and services we support. Regular travel across the geography will be required.
