Job description
- Partner with depot leadership teams to identify operational inefficiencies, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Lead transformation programmes improving productivity, service delivery, customer experience, cost efficiency, and operational performance
- Develop and implement continuous improvement methodologies and best practices across the depot network
- Drive process standardisation while adapting to local operational requirements
- Establish performance improvement plans and monitor progress against objectives
- Build relationships with depot managers, regional leaders, and central support functions
- Coach and advise local teams on adopting new processes and ways of working
- Facilitate workshops and improvement initiatives across the network
- Influence stakeholders to gain buy-in for transformational change
- Analyse operational data, KPIs, trends, and business performance metrics
- Create actionable insights for evidence-based decision making
- Develop reporting frameworks and governance structures for transformation programmes
- Share lessons learned and best practices across the wider network
- Lead the planning, delivery, and embedding of transformation initiatives
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder impacts
- Foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation
Requirements
- Significant experience leading operational transformation, change, or continuous improvement programmes within a multi-site environment
- Proven ability to deliver measurable operational and commercial improvements
- Strong understanding of operational performance management and KPI-driven environments
- Experience working directly with frontline and operational teams to drive business change
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to convert insight into action
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional projects and initiatives
