Please note, you’ll need experience across both web and mobile apps, as well as a background in hospitality, travel or booking platforms.

We’re working with a well-established consumer business that is investing heavily in its digital proposition and looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner to take ownership of its customer-facing digital platforms.

This is a key role within the technology and digital function, responsible for shaping the product roadmap, managing priorities and ensuring digital improvements translate into measurable commercial results.

A bit about the role

• Own the digital product roadmap, backlog and prioritisation, ensuring development activity is focused on the highest-value opportunities.
• Translate commercial and customer objectives into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end digital customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve usability, engagement and conversion.
• Lead a structured programme of experimentation, using A/B testing and customer insight to validate product improvements.
• Manage external development and technology partners, ensuring delivery standards, quality and timelines are maintained.
• Work closely with technology teams on platform development, integrations, releases and ongoing improvements to the digital estate.

A bit about you

• Proven experience owning a transactional digital product, eCommerce platform, marketplace or other high-volume consumer digital proposition.
• A strong track record of improving digital conversion and customer journeys through testing and optimisation.
• Experience managing external development agencies or technology partners and holding them accountable for delivery.
• Comfortable translating commercial requirements into clear technical and product specifications.
• Strong understanding of digital product development, UX, analytics and experimentation.
• Confident managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations while maintaining a clear product vision.
