Hybrid or fully remote. £60,000–£77,000. Lead people, not HR, while continuing to enjoy fee earning.

You're probably doing this already.

Run a reduced caseload. Mentor talented conveyancers. Shape how the team performs.

• Strong residential conveyancing experience.
• The confidence to mentor and support others.

• Excellent technical judgement.

• Qualified as either a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEx with conveyancing practice rights
