Void Operative - Driver - Derby

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Void Operative - Driver to work with a leading service provider in Derby. This role involves carrying out a range of cleaning, clearance, and practical duties in empty properties, as well as driving Council vehicles to transport waste, equipment, and materials across various sites.

Shift patterns:
* Monday to Friday
* Fixed schedule with varying start and finish times

Pay rates:
* 13.66 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Void Operative - Driver:

• A valid full UK driving licence is essential.
• Ability to work safely and follow Health and Safety procedures.
• Ability to undertake physically demanding duties, including lifting, carrying, cleaning, and clearance work.
• Good awareness of potential hazards and the ability to report concerns appropriately.

Desirable requirements for Void Operative - Driver:
* Experience of driving commercial or trade vehicles.
* Experience of cleaning, clearance, labouring, or similar practical work.

Role for Void Operative - Driver:

• Perform cleaning and clearance tasks in empty properties.
