- Assist in maintaining pay structures, job evaluation processes, and grading frameworks.
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of incentive schemes, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Play an active role in benefits management, including supporting annual renewals, liaising with providers, and helping manage costs while maintaining quality of service.
- Work across a range of benefits and providers to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Contribute to reviewing and enhancing the benefits offering, providing insight to improve the employee value proposition and managing legacy arrangements where required.
- Use data and reporting to identify trends and support analysis across reward activities, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare insights and reports to support HR and leadership decision‑making.
Qualifications
- Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or an HR Advisor role with exposure to reward. Confident working with data and able to present clear, practical insights. Experience supporting benefits administration and renewals, ideally across multiple providers, with hands‑on knowledge of insured benefits (e.g. Private medical, dental, life assurance). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, and confidence advising stakeholders while escalating more complex issues when needed. Good understanding of reward principles, including salary benchmarking and job evaluation. Familiarity with HR systems and reward tools is beneficial.
