Salary: Up to £36,000 including Performance Bonus
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week between 8am and 6pm

We're looking for a Territory Partner to take ownership of aportfolio of clients, becoming their trusted advisor and helping them achievebetter workforce outcomes. A role with real ownership
As a Territory Partner, you'll take responsibility for a dedicatedportfolio of healthcare clients, building strong, long-term relationships andbecoming the person they rely on when they need support, advice or solutions.
You'll develop a deep understanding of each organisation, learning abouttheir services, workforce challenges and future ambitions. Using thoseinsights, you'll work proactively to ensure they have access to the righthealthcare professionals at the right time, helping them deliver safe,high-quality care.
You'll also build strong relationships with the healthcare professionalswho support your territory, understanding their skills, experience and careeraspirations to connect them with opportunities where they can make the greatestimpact.
This is far more than a traditional recruitment or customer servicerole.
It combines the best aspects of account management, workforce planning,relationship management, operational problem-solving and commercial developmentinto one rewarding career.
Supported by specialist teams across Recruitment, Compliance, WorkforceEngagement, Operations and Technology, you'll have the tools, expertise andAI-powered systems needed to spend less time on administration and more timebuilding relationships, solving problems and delivering results.

What you'll be responsible for
Building trusted partnerships
- Developingstrong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare organisations acrossyour territory.
- Becomingthe first point of contact for your clients, providing expert advice andresponsive support.
- Understandingeach client's workforce challenges, priorities and future plans.
- Buildingconfidence through consistent delivery and exceptional service.
Driving workforce performance
- Planningand coordinating workforce solutions that meet client demand.
- Improvingfill rates, workforce utilisation and service performance.
- Identifyingopportunities to strengthen client retention and grow your territory.
- UsingCRM systems, performance data and business insights to make informeddecisions.
Delivering solutions
- Workingcollaboratively with internal specialist teams to achieve the bestoutcomes.
- Resolvingservice challenges quickly and professionally.
- Matchinghealthcare professionals with opportunities that align with their skills,experience and availability.
