Company - £120m business that works with the best private clients and teams architects on zone 1 schemes in the £10m - £70m bracket. Very modern, ambitious business growing quickly.

Projects - 2 stage. Varied commercial portfolio including complicated cut and carve, CAT A and CAT B across London. They work with discerning clients, have a requirement for design and engineering excellence, and a project team that is dedicated to delivering the highest quality.

Role - Broad commercial responsibilities across multiple packages, supported by QS, senior QS and Commercial Manager. Upcoming projects include a £20m commercial cut & carve in EC2 and a similar £40m scheme in WC1.
