Production Operative Clay / Brick Industry

Job description

We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our team within the clay/brick manufacturing industry . This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, practical, and comfortable working in a production environment. After completed initial 12 weeks shift is changing to 5 on 5 off 12 hours, days (6:00-18:00)
Location: Goosegreen Ln, Pulborough RH20 2LW
Pay: £14.71 Per Hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm 12 weeks
Schedule: MondayFriday 7am till 15:30
Key Responsibilities:
Brick cutting to required specifications
Brick sticking and assembly
Assisting in general production and manufacturing processes
Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
Keeping the work area clean and safe
Requirements:
Previous experience in brick, clay, or manufacturing industries is desirable (but not essential)
Good manual dexterity and physical fitness
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and follow health & safety procedures
