Teaching Assistant – Telford Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity from September ?
Winner Education are working with an SEN/PRU secondary school in Telford who are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The Role: Support students with SEN and additional needs

Provide one-to-one and small group support

Assist with learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Help create a positive and supportive learning environment

Work closely with teachers and SEN staff

What We're Looking For: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – essential

Previous experience working with secondary-aged students

Experience supporting SEN or challenging behaviour is desirable

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

A patient, resilient and supportive approach
