About the Company

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy with the recruitment of a Project Manager.

About the Role

Permanent position. This role will be based in Glasgow. There are 3 roles available - PM Experienced or PM Senior or Associate Director PM

Responsibilities

Manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion and handover.
Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships.
Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and delivery strategies.
Coordinate consultants, contractors, design teams and wider stakeholders.
Monitor project performance, risks, opportunities and mitigation measures.
Produce programme, financial and risk reports for clients and Directors.
Chair project meetings and ensure agreed actions are completed.
Support procurement, contract administration and project governance.
Monitor quality, costs, change control and key financial milestones.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.

Qualifications

Relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying or a related discipline.

Required Skills

Experience delivering construction or property projects within a consultancy or client-side environment.
Strong understanding of construction delivery, procurement routes and contract administration.
Excellent project planning, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
Commercial awareness with experience monitoring project costs and budgets.
Confident managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
Membership of RICS, APM, CIOB or ICE would be beneficial, although professional-development support is available.
