We are pleased to be partnering again with our client a leading commercial property management consultancy, a firm known for its exclusive focus on property management and exceptional client service.

They are now seeking an Senior Surveyor to join their high-performing Property Management team in their Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio consisting of Offices & Shopping Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio
• Deliver value-add and commercialisation initiatives
• Manage rent reviews, lease events, and service charge budgets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and occupiers
• Support business development and contribute to team success

About You:

• Strong background in Office & Retail property management
• Commercially astute and confident in managing client expectations
• Skilled in lease analysis, service charge management, and reporting
• A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
