Senior IT Trainer – What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training programmes for global audiences, including new hire onboarding, skills training and tailored departmental sessions
  • Design innovative e-learning content and learning resources using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Camtasia
  • Champion the adoption of AI tools, including ChatGPT, Harvey and Copilot, creating practical learning resources and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through AI
  • Partner with project teams to support the successful rollout of new technologies, ensuring user-focused training and seamless adoption across the firm
  • Assess learning needs, analyse Help Desk trends and user feedback, and continuously enhance training programmes to improve user confidence and reduce support requests
  • Build awareness of IT Learning & Development services across the firm, promoting a culture of continuous learning and technology adoption
  • Provide one-to-one coaching and ongoing support to colleagues, helping them maximise the value of the firm's technology and AI solutions


Senior IT Trainer – What We’re Looking For:


  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar / IT Trainer role within a law firm
  • Ability to quickly learn, master and deliver training on new technologies and enterprise applications (legal technology experience such as iManage, Intapp or Litera is advantageous)
  • Experience using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Harvey or Copilot, to create engaging learning content and improve training delivery
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging, user-friendly training
