Job description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide support to the HR team, office based.
Day-to-day of the role
- :Work closely with line managers to provide guidance on Employee Relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management
- .Support investigations into workplace matters, ensuring a fair and consistent process
- .Provide advice on employment legislation, contractual terms, and company policies
- .Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- .Deliver induction programmes for new starters and support organisational change and restructuring activities
- .Develop and maintain HR reports to support the HR team and wider business
- .Manage and improve HR systems and support system development and implementation

Required Skills & Qualification
- s:Proven experience as an HR Generalist within a complex, commercial environmen
- t.Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- s.Experience with HR systems and producing accurate HR report
- s.Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skill
- s.CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable or working towards i
- t.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Exce
- l.Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to site
