HAIL Partners is working with a Global Investment firm who are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their London team. The role provides administrative and organisational support to senior executives and their team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain calendars and handle scheduling of all meetings and appointments
- Arrange travel needs and create complete travel itineraries for all trips
- Organise and coordinate both onsite and offsite meetings and other event planning
- Perform other duties as assigned
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a fast-paced financial services environment
- Excellent English, grammar, and written/oral communication skills
- Proven record of successful problem solving
- Superior organisational skills, record-keeping, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and high energy level
- Flexibility with work schedule and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and related software
This is a 3-6 month temporary role with the potential to go permanent. Highly competitive day rate.
