We offer hybrid working between your home and our central London offices on Wigmore Street, providing a collaborative working environment at the heart of our Buying & Merchandising function.

About the Role


As a Branch Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in driving store performance by ensuring the right products are available in the right place, at the right time. Working closely with Buying, Merchandising and Retail teams, you’ll help deliver the merchandising strategy at store level, using sales and stock insights to maximise availability, profitability and the overall customer experience.


In this highly commercial role, you’ll analyse sales, stock and trading performance to identify opportunities and respond to changing customer demand. You’ll manage stock levels, support key trading events and promotional activity, and work to optimise product availability while minimising excess stock. Using data to guide decision-making, you’ll recommend actions to improve performance, increase sell-through and support the delivery of sales and profit targets.


Collaboration is central to the role, as you’ll partner with Store Directors, Department Managers and cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver results. Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset will be essential as you communicate trading insights, manage stock risks and contribute to merchandising initiatives that drive productivity and enhance the in-store experience.

  • Experience in merchandising, branch merchandising, retail planning, or stock management
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability
  • Ability to interpret sales and inventory data to drive decisions
  • Excellent organizational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in merchandising and reporting systems
  • Customer focused with a proactive approach to problem solving
