Personal Injury Solicitor – EL/PL & Regulatory NQ+

Salary: Up to £70,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Level: Associate - NQ + PQE Defendant Litigation Focus
Range of EL/PL work with exposure to regulatory
- Manage a caseload of defendant EL/PL claims, including fast-track, multi-track and catastrophic injury matters
- Advise major corporate clients on complex litigation strategy
- Support senior lawyers on HSE investigations, product law and inquests
- Contribute to client care and case strategy across personal injury and regulatory matters
Ideal candidate
We welcome applications from fee earners with a strong personal injury foundation and an interest in regulatory work:
- Solicitor with defendant PI experience
- Strong EL/PL litigation skills and case-handling ability
- Interest in regulatory law, product liability or inquest work
- Collaborative, ambitious and eager to grow in a multi-disciplinary team
