Salary: £30,000 - £35,000p.a.

Hours: Dependent on the right person

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join a growing nursery group as they open a brand-new setting in Reading.

The Role

• Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Help recruit, mentor and develop the team
• Lead by example to maintain high standards of care and education
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and EYFS requirements are consistently met
• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Support with occupancy growth and the successful launch of the new setting

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• Previous experience in a senior nursery role
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare
