Venue General Manager

Between £48,000 and £60,000 Per Month

Job description

81-85 Notting Hill Gate, London, W11 3JS, UNITED KINGDOM

Venue General Manager – Yo-Chi Notting Hill

Chi is at the heart of everything we do. Yo-Chi is opening its doors in Notting Hill, and we're looking for an experienced Venue General Manager to lead our first London team — running a seamless venue operation and bringing the Yo-Chi energy to a brand-new market.

As Venue General Manager, you'll take full ownership of the venue — driving guest experience, quality standards, people management, and commercial results, while building the culture that makes Yo-Chi a place people love to work.

What’s in it for you:

Free Yo-Chi every shift, plus discounts when you're off shift

Lead one of Yo-Chi's first London venues, with real influence over how it's built

Career growth as we expand across the UK

Training and development to build your leadership skills

A fun, high-energy team and culture where everyone feels welcome

What you'll be doing:

Own day-to-day venue operations end to end

Recruit, onboard, and lead your team through the full employment lifecycle

Lead by example, setting the standard for guest service and team performance

Train and coach the team, including other venue leaders, to build product knowledge and service skills

Manage food quality, safety, and inventory to Yo-Chi standards

Handle admin — opening/closing checks, cash up, stock ordering, deliveries and invoicing

Own commercial results: sales, labour, and COGS against budget

Manage performance, including performance plans where needed

Work with the Ops team on local marketing and community engagement

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Have proven leadership experience running a venue in hospitality, food, or retail

Are confident managing people, standards, and a full P&L

Care about the details and hold high standards, even under pressure

Bring positive energy and genuinely enjoy building a team and a culture

Are available full time, with flexibility for a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends

Are able to start on 17th August for our amazing training programme
