About the Role



The Principal Scientist will play a key role in leading analytical development efforts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results through innovative strategies and collaboration.



Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support drug substance process research and development.
  • Develop and implement innovative analytical strategies to enhance operational efficiency and deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies specific to analytical methodologies and practices.
  • Provide scientific leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Analyse complex datasets and generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and process improvement within the analytical sciences space.



Qualifications



  • Proven experience as a Principal Scientist or in a similar scientific role, demonstrating a strong track record of success in analytical sciences.
  • Strong expertise in analytical techniques, problem-solving, and method development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to independently manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytical tools and relevant software.
  • A degree (PhD preferred) in chemistry, biochemistry, analytical sciences, or a related field is required.
