The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive comprehensive training and quickly take ownership of your own market. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and engaging talented candidates
• Building relationships with clients and winning new business
• Writing and advertising vacancies
• Managing interviews and providing advice throughout the hiring process
• Negotiating offers and securing successful placements
• Building a strong network within your specialist market

Every successful placement contributes towards your commission, giving you complete control over your earnings.
