What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting adults to live fulfilling, independent lives.
• Leading and motivating a team of Support Workers.
• Ensuring high standards of person-centred care are delivered.
• Acting as a role model and providing guidance to the wider team.
• Completing care documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Participating in the on-call rota and responding to call-outs when required.
• Working alongside management to ensure the service operates safely and effectively.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Senior Support Worker or experienced Support Worker role.
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A flexible approach to working shifts and participating in the on-call rota.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
