TUPE Consultant (12 month Full Time Contract)

We are looking for a TUPE Consultant & its 12 month Full Time Contract

Location : London, UK (hybrid)

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

 In depth knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations, particularly with

regards to TUPE, redundancy, restructuring/reorganisation, dismissals and grievances.

 A working and practical knowledge of TUPE principles and regulations.

 Able to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.

 Ability to effectively apply knowledge in practical workplace situations.

 Skilled in managing interpersonal dynamics, including conflict resolution, emotional

intelligence, overcoming resistance, and demonstrating sensitivity.

 Highly focused and determined, with a proven ability to deliver results and overcome

challenges despite obstacles.
