Relocation: From UK (full relocation support provided)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary basic: £4000 per month tax free

Commission: £3000 per month tax free

Are you an experienced, sales-driven leader looking for an international career move? This is a rare opportunity for a UK fitness professional to relocate to Saudi Arabia as a General Manager within a fast-growing fitness organisation.

The Role

As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall performance of the club with a strong emphasis on sales, people leadership, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a high-performing sales-focused team
• Driving new member acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Implementing structured sales systems and accountability
• Managing KPIs, budgets, and performance reporting
• Ensuring exceptional customer experience and brand standards
• Creating a positive, motivated, and results-driven culture

About You

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience leading teams in a sales-driven environment
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to hit and exceed targets
• Confidence coaching, motivating, and developing people
• A passion for fitness, health, or lifestyle brands
• Openness to relocating internationally and embracing a new culture

Fitness industry experience is beneficial but not essential — strong leadership and sales capability are key.
