We’re looking for an experienced Systems Manager to take ownership of a major NetSuite implementation within a fast-growing manufacturing business.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the project from requirements and configuration through to go-live, user adoption and optimisation.

Working closely with an experienced external NetSuite consultancy, you’ll be the key internal lead, bringing together Finance, Operations, Manufacturing and other stakeholders to ensure the system delivers real commercial and operational value.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the end-to-end NetSuite implementation
• Manage the external NetSuite consultancy and project delivery
• Translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions
• Work across Finance, Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain
• Manage project timelines, risks, testing, data migration and go-live
• Drive user adoption and change across the business
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and reporting
• Provide clear updates to senior stakeholders

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience delivering NetSuite ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and financial processes
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change
• Hands-on, commercially minded approach
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Private equity-backed experience highly desirable
