WE’RE HIRING – ESTIMATOR / SUPERVISOR

London & Kent Roofing Ltd is looking for an experienced and ambitious Estimator / Supervisor to join our growing team.

This is more than just a job, for the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to progress into a Director-level position as the company continues to grow.

Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out site surveys and preparing accurate quotations  

• Estimating labour, materials and project costs  

• Supervising roofing teams and subcontractors  

• Managing projects from start to completion  

• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and health & safety  

• Liaising with customers, suppliers and contractors  

• Helping drive the continued growth and success of the business  

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience within the roofing industry  

• Has estimating and/or supervisory experience  

• Has excellent knowledge of roofing systems and materials  

• Is organised, reliable and commercially minded  

• Has strong communication and leadership skills  

• Holds a full UK driving licence  

• Is ambitious and wants to build a long-term career, not just take another job
