Senior Employee Communications Associate

Up to £58k + excellent benefits package

W1, Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

We're partnering with a globally recognised luxury consumer brand to hire a Senior Employee Communications Associate to join its EMEA Communications team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly ambitious communications professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to work closely with senior leaders across a complex global business.


What you'll be doing -

Planning and delivering employee communications and engagement campaigns across EMEA

Creating compelling content across digital, social and internal communication channels

Supporting executive communications, leadership messaging and strategic storytelling

Managing high-profile internal events including town halls, leadership forums and employee engagement initiatives

Coordinating complex projects, campaigns and communications calendars across an international organisation


What we're looking for -

Min 4 years in a Comms role in luxury fashion or luxury interiors world

Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills

Highly polished with exceptional emotional intelligence and the confidence to work with demanding senior global stakeholders

Highly ambitious, driven and proactive, with a genuine desire to progress your career

Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality

Calm, collaborative and solutions-focused, with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

Experience using creative and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar is advantageous

Experience in internal, employee or corporate communications within a global brand, agency or large matrix organisation is ideal
