Workshop Production OperativeLocation: KnutsfordWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)We're looking for a Workshop Operative to join our team in Knutsford. We offer full training, a friendly working environment, and opportunities to develop new skills.The Role:As a Workshop Operative, you'll support a range of workshop and production activities, helping to ensure products are assembled, checked, and prepared to a high standard.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out assembly work using components and hand toolsPerforming basic quality and operational checksAssisting with packing, dispatch, and other workshop dutiesSupporting different departments and processes as requiredWorking as part of a team to achieve daily workload targetsMaintaining high standards of housekeeping and safetyThis is a varied role where you'll have the opportunity to learn different tasks and gain experience across multiple workshop functions.What You'll Bring:Full training will be provided, but we'd particularly like to hear from candidates who:Have previous experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or a hands-on environmentTake pride in producing quality workAre reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethicEnjoy working as part of a teamAre willing to learn new skills and adapt to different tasksHave good communication, literacy, and numeracy skillsWhat We Offer:Full training and ongoing supportSecure, long-term employmentOpportunities for career development and progressionFriendly and supportive team environmentFree onsite parkingRegular working hours, Monday to FridayPay Rate:£12.94 per hourTemporary to PermanentJDR is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
