This is a pivotal role within an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment, offering exposure to a high-quality portfolio of globally mobile individuals, senior executives, and HNW clients. The firm prides itself on a culture where individuals are empowered to take ownership, contribute to decision-making, and play an active role in shaping the business. You'll be joining a team that values technical excellence, integrity, and a strong client-first mindset, with clear opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored cross-border tax advice, including residency, mobility, and planning considerations
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team, fostering a high-performance and supportive environment
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviser
  • Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the practice

Requirements:

  • Enrolled Agent (EA) and ATT qualified (essential)
  • Strong experience in US/UK expatriate tax within a professional services firm
  • Excellent technical knowledge across both US and UK personal tax
  • Proven experience reviewing work and leading teams
  • Commercially minded with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills

What's on Offer:

  • A collaborative, non-hierarchical culture where contribution is recognised and rewarded
  • Direct access to senior leadership and involvement in strategic initiatives
  • High-quality, varied client exposure
  • Clear and transparent progression pathway
  • Flexible working and a supportive, people-first environment

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong dual handler looking to step into a leadership role within a firm that combines global reach with an entrepreneurial, close-knit culture.
